Experienced Account Manager (Scientific Enterprise Informatics/ Software)
Remotely based in the territory (IL, MI, IN, WI, OH, USA)
Account Managers are vital links between the Company and its customers. The Account Manager is expected to increase territory revenue annually. The role will consist of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with prospects and customers within the assigned territory, product presentations at customers' sites and trade shows, expert knowledge of the Company's products and licensing terms, and communicating ideas to the Marketing Communications and Development departments. The Account Manager must have strong strategic selling skills; strong prospecting, communications, and presentations skills; hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry; understand analytical spectroscopy and chromatography techniques including NMR, MS, UV/IR, HPLC, LC, and GC; be familiar with modern computer technologies; and be willing to travel within the territory. A proven track record in sales is highly desirable. The Account Manager will work from a home office, with equipment and communications provided by the Company.
Inside Account Manager (Scientific Software)

Inside Sales Associates work in support of the Americas Sales Team to strengthen company-client relationships, improve the quality of the company client database, and be a key part of sales campaigns aimed at creating new business opportunities. Your job will consist of prospecting for new business in order to generate qualified opportunities for the territory, preparing customer quotations and proposals, responding to customer requests for information, possibly managing small accounts in a given geography or market segment, and assisting the Sales Director with the coordination of sales meetings, customer meetings, and sales events. You will also work closely with the Marketing Communications department on promotional sales campaigns. You must have strong communication and presentations skills, hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, understand analytical spectroscopy and chromatography techniques including NMR, MS, UV/IR, HPLC, LC, GC, be familiar with modern computer technologies, and be willing to travel within your territory. If successful in this role, the Inside Sales Associate could develop into an outside Account Manager.
