NuGenesis® Technologies and Advanced Chemistry Development (ACD) Present Enhanced Product Integration for Laboratory Data Management

Westborough, MA and Toronto, Canada, March 15, 2002 - NuGenesis Technologies Corporation, developers of the NuGenesis® Scientific Data Management System (SDMS), today announced with Advanced Chemistry Development (ACD) significant functional enhancements to the existing NuGenesis SDMS and ACD SpecManager interface. The NuGenesis SDMS will be the preferred archival solution for ACD's SpecManager system.
The added interoperability includes a NuGenesis Software Development Kit specifically developed for ACD, that will allow scientists to use ACD/SpecManager to locate data captured from analytical instruments by NuGenesis ARCHIVE. The original data can then be restored, using ACD's broad suite of data analysis products for further processing, and can be re-catalogued with the associated ACD/SpecManager metadata tags.
