Announcement!!! 110,000 ChemSketch Downloads!!!

Classes are over, and many labs and offices are quiet, with lots of employees going on vacation. Nonetheless, the popularity of ACD/ChemSketch has continued to climb, as evidenced by another milestone: 110,000 downloads of ACD/ChemSketch! ChemSketch continues to develop based on your valuable feedback so please keep letting us know your favorite uses, and what you'd like to see included in a future release! The lucky 110,000th downloader of ACD/ChemSketch freeware is Dr. Jess V. Ford, who works for Custom Sensors and Technology in St. Louis, Missouri as an applications chemist. Dr. Ford sent us a nice thank-you: "for allowing such a useful product to be available in freeware form for chemists who only occasionally need to incorporate structural images and theoretical spectra into workplace documents."

We are celebrating the occasion by awarding a free copy of ACD/ChemFolder. ACD/ChemFolder is described in more detail at: http://www.acdlabs.com/products/chem_dsn_lab/chemfolder/ and there are several free databases available from http://www.acdlabs.com/download/db/chemfold.html
Congratulations, Dr. Ford!

Coupled with our responsiveness to users' requests made via our ACD/Labs Freeware Forum and our provision of the FREE BASIC programming language, CHEMBASIC, users have informed us that ChemSketch is certainly the most intuitive, flexible and fastest developing structure drawing software available today... and it's free! With an increasing number of available GOODIES to add into the package and world renowned reviewers talking about us we are ecstatic with the response we have received from the public. When you consider that the package is ALSO integrated with the SpecViewer and can generate the following properties using our algorithms: molar refractivity, molar volume, parachor, index of refraction, surface tension, density, dielectric constant and polarizability, again for FREE, it's no wonder that our web site now averages over 200 downloads per night!!! We thank you for your feedback and suggestions... it's what helps to make Advanced Chemistry Development software world class! Download your copy now.
