ACD/Labs and Chenomx

Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc., (ACD/Labs) and Chenomx, Inc., (Chenomx) are actively working together to meet the evolving needs of the increasingly savvy Metabolic Profiling community. Chenomx's Eclipse Metabolic Profiling software can completely deconvolute a biofluid spectrum into the individual components and their quantities if the NMR spectrum is well prepared. To ensure this high standard of preparation, Chenomx users can now employ ACD/Labs' baseline and phase correction tools found in ACD/1D NMR Processor software and then use this spectrum in the Chenomx software.

In a further effort to make the user's process easier, Chenomx and ACD/Labs have also teamed up to offer a metabolite database of the most common urinary metabolites. With the industry leading metabolite identification expertise of Chenomx and ACD/Labs' award winning analytical data management system users can access a reference metabolite database to help identify components in biofluids.

Higher levels of integration and additional avenues of collaboration are actively being pursued to leverage the best features of ACD/Labs and Chenomx software.
