ACD/ChromProcessor enables convenient import, processing, and reporting of chromatography data, including PDA data, from various vendors in one interface. This software provides tools for peak picking, noise removal, baseline correction, smoothing, peak integration and deconvolution,.and more. It also enables the attachment of chemical structures to peaks to create a chemically intelligent record of chromatographic separation, suitable for use in simulation or method optimization.
ACD/ChromProcessor features a unique deconvolution algorithm for analyzing poorly resolved peaks, thereby estimating the real contribution of each peak in an overlapping set. Powerful mathematical foundation, availability of macros, and the clear interface of ACD/ChromProcessor make processing easy and fast. Professional unified reports can be saved as Adobe PDF files, or copied to your favorite word processor.
Enhanced
data visualization and interpretation allows users to display their
data as a Contour Map, Dual Plots, Map and Plots, and Aligned Plots, and
provide additional capabilities for data comparison.
