Version 7.0 to 8.0
New features and improvements include:
- Compatibility with OpenLynx formats. ACD/ChromGenius can automatically extract retention times from OpenLynx RPT files enabling the creation of databases within mere minutes.
- Enhancements to the SDfile calculation in Batch mode:
- Chromatography samples often include multiple components with different structures. Now, with ACD/ChromGenius, it is possible to choose whether to treat SDfiles as containing separate structures, a single mixture, or several mixtures when searching for the most suitable methods from the open database in Batch mode. Also, it is now possible to extract the main compound and its impurities from mixtures, and predict suitable methods for the main compound only.
- Enhanced ability to work with Plate View:
- Assign Virtual and Indexed wells.
- Color individual wells based on an associated value or predicted retention time.
- Report results directly from the Plate View, retaining the color-coding of the wells.
- A built-in chromatographic knowledge base that includes:
- Experimental information for 12 complementary, analytical scale methods.
- Training compounds selected for drug-likeness and functionality.
- Indexing of databases and data that speeds up both search and statistics calculations.
- Customization of Screen View.
- Ability to save the sequence of searches and list manipulations for quick repetitive execution. Search command can be added either to the toolbar or to the search menu to facilitate data retrieval.
