- Valid ACD/Labs desktop product installed
- Oracle Client 10g

- Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0

Platform Support
Alternative operating systems such as Mac OS X and Linux are supported through virtualization.
Thin Client, Network or Standalone deployments available.
