Technical Information and System Requirements

Server Part

Hardware

• Intel x86 compatible 1 GHz CPU.
• 512 MB RAM.
• 1 GB disk space plus additional space for file storage depending on the customer application.

Software

• Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or 2003 Server Operating System.
• Microsoft Word 2000 or 2002, Adobe Acrobat version 4.0 or higher. These components are optional and required for reports generation in DOC and PDF formats. Template reports in PDF format can be generated without Adobe Acrobat installed.
• Oracle Database 8.1.x client. This component is optional and required only when accessing ACD/SpecDB SQL databases.
• ISIS/Base client. This component is optional and required only in the case of accessing ISIS databases.

Client Part

Software

• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher.
• Java Plug-in version 1.4.0 or higher can be downloaded and installed automatically.
• Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Reader for opening documents in the respective formats (these components are optional).
