ACD/Workflow Manager controls the dynamic behavior of a workflow system by creating a workflow path with each state linked by directional state transitions that are executed in order:

The Tree Panel subwindow displays the hierarchy of workflow objects. ACD/Workflow Manager holds each workflow as a project. Each project folder includes the following six subfolders:

• Actions
• Checks
• Notifications
• Diagrams
• States
• Forms

The Diagram Editor subwindow demonstrates the visual interpretation of a workflow and supplies the tools to create and edit a workflow flowchart.

The Messages subwindow displays reports from the program to the user. For example, it could report validation information about a diagram.
