What's New in ACD/Structure Design Suite
Version 11 to Version 12
Name-to-structure conversion capabilities
- It is easier to generate a set of starting structures from a list of chemical names. The structures can then be used for calculation of physicochemical properties and property optimization.
- The ability to generate a structure from a name reduces the risk that an incorrect structure is utilized for subsequent predictions and optimization.
Process 1000 compounds at a time
- Calculation abilities have been expanded to enable sets of up to 1000 compounds to be processed at a time.
Improved structure design wizard
- An intuitive interface for optimizing a structure toward desired physicochemical properties.
- The wizard has been enhanced to provide additional guidance to users in setting the parameters before processing.
