A full featured ACD/Percepta Predictor based on the ACD/Absolv algorithm.

  • Displays the prediction results for the six Abraham solvation parameters (A, B and Bo, S, L, V, E)
  • Provides visualization of contributions of each atom in the structure to the selected Abraham parameter with color-mapping for easy interpretation
  • Displays experimental data for up to 5 most similar structures from the training set along with the experimental data used in the modeling
  • Allows calculation of various solvent-solvent or gas-solvent partition coefficients for more than 100 predefined Abraham type equations, or any custom equation using predicted Abraham solvation parameters of a solute
  • Provides access to a browsable Absolv database containing more than 5000 compounds (records include names, CAS registry numbers, literature values of Abraham solvation parameters and references)
  • Enables calculation of the Absolv parameters for larger compound collections in the Spreadsheet interface
