The Workflow and Use of: 1H, 13C, 31P, 19F and 15N Content Databases

Abstract

Content databases are becoming more and more an integral part of a laboratory workflow. Outlined in this presentation is the workflow associated with various uses of these databases as well as some information on how they are produced.

A key part of making content databases is quality. The quality checking process is also discussed briefly as well as the process of expanding the database year on year.

Access options for the databases will also be presented and discussed as well as some real-life problems that have been solved using these databases will be presented as a window into the process of using a content database.
