Real-World Examples Utilizing ACD/Labs' ¹³C Prediction and Processing Software in Rapid Structure Determination

Abstract

Significant time and energy has been spent over the years building proprietary databases to aid the Rapid ID Lab (RIDL) in its characterization and identification of intermediates and impurities of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. Due to the limited number of personnel in our group, we rely on cutting-edge technology in the areas of NMR, Mass Spectrometry, and isolation capabilities. We also utilize cutting-edge software to supplement our structure elucidation work and to provide a repository for our assigned spectral data. Several examples of how we use the ACD/Labs software will be provided.
