North American Technical Support availability is based on the business hours of our main office located in Toronto, Canada. We are committed to a 'one business day' turnaround time for Technical Support queries submitted through our web form at http://support.acdlabs.com. Telephone queries will be accepted between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM EST, with extended hours for Maintenance Subscribers until 8 PM EST (5 PM PST). The toll-free number for US and Canada is 1-800-304-3988.


Our business hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time, with the exception of these statutory holidays:
