Description

As a company that continues to grow and thrive in the scientific technology space we're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Event Coordinator and Producer to manage and develop our in-person and virtual events, globally.

We participate in 30-60 conferences all over the world with trade show exhibitions and scientific presentations (orals and posters), in the past year many of these went virtual and we anticipate virtual events to continue in the future. We also organize our own symposia (both virtual and in-person) throughout North America and Europe and organize and host professional webinars to drive awareness and generate leads.

You will work with the assistance of the entire marketing team, who provide artwork, printed material, copy-editing, technical writing, as well as direction about the focus, key goals, and target market of each event. You will also collaborate extensively with the worldwide sales team, solution management team, IT, and Admin groups.

Location: This position will be virtual until covid restrictions are lifted and will then be based in the Toronto office
