Rule C-983

983.1 - The names "isosemicarbazide" and "isocarbonohydrazide" are used to cover compounds and , respectively, and their tautomeric forms. Radicals derived by loss of one hydrogen atom from position 1 are termed "isosemicarbazido-" and "isocarbonohydrazido-", respectively.
