New data container construct for automated processing of LC/UV/MS data to support high throughput chemistry

Process high-throughput LC/UV/MS data in minutes with a new data container

High-throughput chemistry groups frequently reprocess their LC/UV/MS data. This is a time-consuming process, as the volume of data adds up quickly. If each well in a 96-well reaction plate is analyzed with a 3–7 minute LC/UV/MS method, the entire plate adds up to hours’ worth of multi-dimensional data. In this poster, we present a new data container that speeds up the processing. By designing for fast data retrieval and loading only the necessary information rather than the full data set, we reduced processing time for a 96-well plate from 40–60 minutes to 3 minutes.
