Numbering of Compounds Rule C-15.2

15.21 - For cyclic radicals, indicated hydrogen and thereafter the point of attachment (free valency) have priority for lowest available number, the requirements of the rules in Sections A and B have been satisfied. For acyclic radicals see Rules A-2.25, A-2.3, and A-3.5, to A-4.4.
