• Specify minimum mass value for generating structures within a mass range
• Ability to generate specific target ions
• Filter fragmentation results using High Res/Low Res
• Add structures directly to the table of fragments (AutoAssignment*)
• Generate formulas for unassigned peaks (AutoAssignment*)
• CID/CAD for fragments generated in LC/MS/MS data → more rearrangements as opposed to direct bond cleavages. (Both MS Fragmenter and AutoAssignment*)
• General—addition of several fragmentation rules (Both MS Fragmenter and AutoAssignment*)

*AutoAssignment feature is available when using ACD/MS-ID Workbook or ACD/MS Workbook Suite, which both include MS Fragmenter.
