Simply register/login to the Customer portal where you will be able to:

  • Find answers to your questions
  • Access instructional videos and quick-start guides
  • Submit a technical support request
What You Need to Know Before You Contact Support

Technical support is offered to customers with software maintenance (using version 2020 or higher).

If you are using software older than v2020 or your software maintenance has expired, contact us to upgrade your software and reinstate software maintenance.

In your ACD/Labs software navigate to “Help > Contact Support” to submit a technical support request.
