If you are using software older than v2022 or your software maintenance has expired, contact us to upgrade your software and reinstate software maintenance.

In your ACD/Labs software navigate to “Help > Contact Support” to submit a technical support request.

 Toll Free (USA and Canada)

Extended support (by email, remote access, or online tools such as Zoom or Teams) is available from 5 AM to 9 AM EST.
