Toronto, Canada (April 1, 2010)—Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc., (ACD/Labs) is pleased
to announce that effective April 1, 2010, it will be offering direct sales and services support in the
following European countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal.
ACD/Labs and their long-standing distributor in the above countries, ChemCAD, have arrived at a mutual
agreement to begin an immediate transition, allowing ACD/Labs to communicate directly with its customers
in this region. The agreement was made as a means of ensuring that the large current and potential customer
base in these areas receive the fullest support possible.
