Following is the process for automatically deactivating your ACD/Labs software license. Please note that automatic deactivation is not available in ACD/Labs Version 12 or older.
Launch the ACD/Labs Licensing tool (REGISTER.EXE) by clicking Start → All Programs → ACD/Labs → Licensing → Register.
Once the ACD/Labs registration window is shown, click on the Deactivate... button.
You will know that the deactivation has completed successfully when the Deactivate... button reverts to Activate...
