Telephone Support is available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, for all customers of ACD/Labs software. Our toll-free line (Canada & U.S.) is 800-304-3988 and our local line is (416) 368-3435. Extended telephone support, until 8 PM EST (5 PM PST) is available to our Maintenance Subscribers. Check our Support Availability for Canadian holidays.
