Automatically evaluate the correspondence between chemical structures and their respective 1D NMR data sets for large batches of compounds through the verification algorithm included in ACD/1D NMR Expert.
With ACD/1D NMR Expert it is possible to:
- Automatically process and store plates of 1D NMR data with chemical structures and customizable user data and spectrum parameters.
- Automatically evaluate the correspondence of the proposed chemical structure with the 1D NMR data.
- Significantly reduce the amount of time spent on the manual evaluation of large NMR datasets.
The 2006 Magnetic Resonance in Chemistry article entitled, "Automated structure verification based on 1H NMR prediction" reports a system whereby 69% of the manual evaluation of NMR analysis could have been taken completely out of the hands of a spectroscopist.
