ACD/MS Manager is software designed to conveniently process, and interpret MS data, and easily communicate results. In its entry-level configuration, it can process mass spectra (MS), tandem mass spectra (MS/MS, MS/MS/MS, MSn) or hyphenated data sets (LC/MS, LC/MS/MS, LC/DAD, CE/MS, GC/MS), and allows you to build databases of mass spectra. ACD/MS Manager also includes limited UV-Vis and chromatogram processing and reporting capabilities.
With ACD/MS Manager, you can:
- Uniformly process data from different instrument models and makes
- Automatically assign mass fragments to spectral peaks, and evaluate the assignment quality for possible chemical structures
- Extract trace components from noisy LC/MS datasets
- Attach chemical structures to spectra, including Markush representations for partially elucidated mass spectra
- Build databases of mass spectra
- Copy-and-paste spectra and chromatograms from the software interface for easy creation of reports and presentations
