ACD/1D NMR Manager

Integration with 1H and 13C NMR Predictors

ACD/HNMR and CNMR Predictors are integrated with ACD/1D NMR Manager. If you have one of the predictor modules, it can be used in tandem with ACD/1D NMR Manager. The advantages of this integration are that it provides you with the ability to use NMR predictions as a guide within the 1D NMR Manager interface. With the help of predictors, you can view and line up a predicted spectrum directly below an experimental spectrum, or even overlay the two spectra. Finally, with the help of NMR predictions, automated structure verification and autoassignment has become a reality. You can instruct the software to automatically assign all atoms to peaks in the experimental spectrum, or even ask the software to evaluate your assignments and make suggestions where errors may have occurred.

Once an experimental spectrum is assigned, this information can be simultaneously stored in the 1D NMR Manager database and NMR predictor databases to retain this assigned analytical data and improve future predictions respectively. For more information on this procedure, review the technical note, Producing a Spectrum Database and a Predictor Database Simultaneously with a Macro.
